Q1.How does the file request queue work?
When you submit a request for a missing district rate or engineering document, it enters our public queue as 'Pending'. Our team reviews it, updates the status to 'Processing' while we locate the file, and marks it 'Completed' once it is published on our site.
Q2.Why is part of the email hidden with asterisks (*)?
To protect the privacy and prevent spam/scraping for our users, we strictly mask the email addresses (e.g., a***n@gmail.com). Only the core engineering team can see the full email to notify you when the file is ready.
Q3.How long does it take for a requested file to be published?
Common files like District Rates or standard government norms are usually compiled and uploaded within 24 to 48 hours. Extremely rare or older archival documents may take up to a week.
Q4.Can I request personal house designs or architectural plans here?
No. This platform is strictly for sharing standardized public engineering resources, municipality blocks, norms, and DAO rates. We do not provide personalized architectural or structural design services.
Q5.Is there a limit to how many files I can request?
There is no hard limit, but we highly encourage users to search our Downloads Hub thoroughly before making a request. Please submit one detailed request per document to help us process them efficiently.
Q6.Will I be notified when my file is ready to download?
Yes! If you provided a valid email address during your request, our system will send you an automated email containing the direct download link as soon as the file's status changes to 'Completed'.
